Supporting Mental Health and Dignity in New Haven, CT

We’re proud to share that CareKit Community donated 40 hygiene CareKits to Continuum of Care in New Haven, Connecticut.

Continuum of Care provides a wide range of supportive services for individuals facing serious mental illness, developmental disabilities, or homelessness. Their mission is to foster independence, dignity, and self-worth by offering housing, case management, crisis intervention, and recovery programs tailored to each person’s needs. With a dedicated team and a compassionate approach, Continuum helps clients move forward on a path toward stability and well-being.

It was a privilege to support an organization doing such essential work in the New Haven community. We hope these hygiene kits help meet the basic needs of the individuals they serve while offering a reminder that they are seen and cared for.
